Tanto para contar.../ A lot to tell...

Tengo tantas cosas para contar...pero poco a poco se van a ir enterando.

Retomé unos de mis hobbys, el scrapbook, lo que me llevó a la tarjetería. Es así como hice esta tarjeta de cumpleaños para una compañera de la escuela de mi hijo.

I have so many things to tell...but I will go step by step.

I took back one of my hobbys, the scrapbook and I jumped to the cards. I made this card for a friend of my son.

No,no corté todo a mano, lo hice con una máquia especial para cortar papel y otros materiales finos, la máquina Cricut. Así que no es para nada difícil hacer una tarjeta.

No, I didn't cut it by hand, I used the Cricut machine. It is so easy to make it.

Después de tanto tiempo, puedo contarles que finalmente terminé con la creación del Tutorial de Randa. Muchas me preguntaron dónde aprender esta técnica de encaje. Así que me decidí hace unos meses atrás a crear este tutorial. No fue tarea fácil, ya que no existe ningún documento escrito de cómo hacer Randa. Para las que quieran aprender, explico cómo tejer la Randa Tucumana.Como tejer la puntilla.Y por último les muestro como bordar algunos puntos. Finally I finish the Tutorial about Randa Lace.In it I show how to knit the mesh, the point lace and few of the stitches for the embroidery. It wasn't easy because there isn't any tutorial or book about Randa. But I still have to work in the English version of it. Donde aprendí a tejer Randa / Were I learned to knit Randa

Ya son varias personas que quieren saber dónde aprendía tejer la Randa. Cuando tenía unos 15 años mi papá me llevó a casa de mi abuela materna para que aprenda la técnica. Así es como ese verano mi abuela -Segunda Francisca Galvan- me enseñó, con mucha paciencia,los secretos de este encaje. Ella lo aprendió de su mamá. No hay otra manera de aprender la Randa sino de persona a persona. Y lamentablemente no existen más de 40 randeras en Tucumán, Argentina (cuna de la Randa ). Segunda F. That summer my Grandma-Segunda Francisca Galvan -tough me with all her patience, all the secrets of these lace. She has learned from her mother. There is no other way to learn the Randa but person to person.Unfortunately there are no more than 40 artisans in Tucumán, Argentina (original place of the Randa from 16th century).
